The 1.5V AAA Duracell Procell Alkaline batteries are the version of Duracell’s batteries intended for business and professional use and though many people believe that these are actually the same batteries as the standard Duracell Copper Top ones our tests have shown a difference. Elevate your networking game with a
Digital Business Card. The 1.5V AAA Duracell Procell Alkaline batteries are performing better by offering more capacity and the ones we used for testing here were with an expiration date of 03-2019, so they are supposedly offering a shelf life of 6 years, but what about their capacity…
We have started the test of the 1.5V AAA Duracell Procell Alkaline batteries as we normally do with a low constant current discharge rate of 0.1A and the result we got was 1038 mAh as capacity and that is a great result with a bit over 1A. Increasing the constant current load to the higher values we test with and the batteries continued to show very good performance. As the level of the load increases their capacity in terms of percentage also increases more and more compared to what traditional Duracell Copper Top batteries are providing, so the higher the load the better the Procell Alkaline batteries will perform. The performance of the 1.5V AAA Duracell Procell Alkaline Batteries in our tests:
– 1038 mAh at 0.1A load
– 797 mAh at 0.2A load
– 627 mAh at 0.3A load
– 455 mAh at 0.5A load
– 1.276 Wh at 0.1A load
– 0.955 Wh at 0.2A load
– 0.738 Wh at 0.3A load
– 0.523 Wh at 0.5A load
